Nintendo’s product distribution center, which supports the company’s Latin American operations., was having a  challenge getting Nintendo’s new game launch POP materials inventoried and to the end retailers in a timely manner.
We produced the materials at multiple factories and centralized fulfillment at our warehouse; ensuring all items were packed out per the client’s specifications and shipped direct to Nintendo’s
end retailers.
All products were shipped in a timely manner and end retailers received ready-made packaged promotions. This allowed the distribution center to concentrate on fulfilling product orders, which is their core responsibility. This was a win/win for all parties.
